Service appears to have been restored at 16:22hrs. We are awaiting information from the carrier to understand the nature of the outage. If you are still experiencing issues, we recommend rebooting your router. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the support team on 0333 110 3000

We are currently aware of an outage with one of our upstream carriers. These are predominently FTTP and Ethernet services and will not affect all customers. We are investigating.
