We are still waiting on outcome of investigation and resultant RFO from the Tier 1 carrier. As soon as this is provided, it will be supplied here.

Intermittent connectivity disruptions occurred between 14:30 to 15:45 and 19:30 to 21:30 on Saturday due to an upstream Tier 1 carrier fault. Services are now stable following a traffic reroute and we are awaiting a formal RFO.
